Time To Grow-Up

Ephesians 4:15-16 Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

You know we need the five fold ministry. The purpose of the 'five fold ministry' is to equip the saints in church. Stop them going off on some crazy doctrines or errors and build them up in the faith.

Absence of the Apostle, pastor, teacher, evangelist, and prophet can lead to immaturity and stunted growth.

I really welcome the five-fold in a ministry. Church or locality. We need to grow people up in the things of God.

We need His church to function as a body. We need each other.

And we need to be able to speak the truth in love. Sometimes we just don't love people enough to help them grow. Other times we can minister truth without love. We need to speak the truth; in love.

I so want to see healthy Christian's growing up in every way more like Jesus.

I need, you need church. We need the fivefold ministry.

Time to grow-up.

Prayer:

Father forgive me for getting offended at every correction. Help me to grow-up in You Jesus. Be the head of my life today and help me function in Your body in Jesus' name Amen.
