2 Chronicles 15:15 "And all Judah rejoiced at the oath, for they had sworn with all their heart and sought Him with all their soul; and He was found by them, and the LORD gave them rest all around."
Seeking God will bring rest all around.
That's the ultimate kind of rest. One day, there will be no more giants. No more war, no more strife, but rest! Heaven will be amazing!
But here all the people of Judah made an oath to seek the Lord with everything, and the result was God came down, and gave rest to everyone.
I like how they ALL decided to run after God. Unity commands the blessing.
I think if God's people can get in one mind, and one heart to follow God and seek Him with everything, something really spectacular can happen! We will find Him! And there will be supernatural glory-filled rest released all around.
That's the aim for church. To go after God until all of heaven comes down and every need is met all around, and souls are saved and bodies are healed, and the rest of the Lord is released. Hallelujah!
That's revival! Let's go for it together!
Prayer:
Father we choose to seek You with all our hearts and all our souls, that You may be found by us. Thank You for supernatural rest all around! In Jesus' name Amen.
