2 Chronicles 20:17 You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.
You know there are times you want to give up. There are times you feel discouraged, frightened and overwhelmed. But like God's people at these times rather than running, we have to face our giants our problems head on. We have to position ourselves. Look them straight in the eye and stand in the Lord and the power of His might. Some battles are too big for us; but they're not too big for God. And maybe just maybe this one belongs to Him. You then don't have to fight, but just turn up, get in position. Right now when you feel it's too much I hear the Lord say, all I ask is that you turn up, the battle is Mine. Turn up in your devotional time. Turn up to church just turn up. Position yourself, and stand. Prayer:
Father there are times it feels too much. Today I choose to trust You. I turn up and do what I can so You can do what You can. I face the enemy and stand and wait for Your deliverance in Jesus' Name Amen.
