Keep In Step

Galatians 5:25 If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.

We need to be people that live by the Holy Spirit, walk by the Holy Spirit, and go forward with the Holy Spirit. We need to get in line and keep going forward. God doesn't serve me, I serve God. God doesn't follow me, I follow God. Sometimes on a walk, my children can go off course or daudle behind. I have to shout "come on hurry up." Don't be left behind. Holy Spirit is shouting to some today "come on hurry up." Time to catch up. Time to get in line. Holy Spirit is wanting to do something great today, if we would keep in step with Him. I don't ask God to bless my plans I want to get in step and do what He is doing. A church of a New Wineskin will be a church in step with the Holy Spirit. Not in step with fashion, not in step with the world or culture, or even other churches but in step with the Holy Spirit. "Come on hurry up" get in step with the Holy Spirit. There are places to see, people to meet, churches to be planted, if you'd only get on step. Prayer:

Father thank You for the Holy Spirit. Help me today to catch up, and keep in step with the Holy Spirit. That I might have my life in God, in Jesus' name, Amen.
