1 Samuel 14:6 Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, “Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For nothing restrains the Lord from saving by many or by few.”
Sometimes we just have to have crazy faith. To say maybe, just maybe if we leave the comfort of the company and go on an adventure; that the Lord will work for us.
If we choose to cross over to the other side where the enemy is, we will see a mighty victory.
I know there's only just a couple of us. I know there are lots of them. I know we haven't got the money and the resources. I know it's dangerous and it's crazy and nobody 'round here has done it. I know we could just have nice church and stay comfortable. I know we would need a miracle, but maybe just maybe, God is in this and will fight for us.
Oh for a 'different spirit.' A Joshua and Caleb spirit. A pioneering, crossing over and possessing spirit. I so want a 'I'm gonna just have a go spirit.'
Where people say you're doing what?
You're applying for what? Just who do you think you are?
Lou Engel said: "I would rather die fighting giants than live another forty years in the wilderness."
Where you just say "you know what, I've got nothing to lose."
Revival or riots.
I dare You to have a go...it maybe the Lord will work for you and you will see a mighty breakthrough for Your family, for the city for the church.
Maybe just maybe; if you will just have a go.
Prayer:
Father thank You for a different spirit. Let faith arise to dispossess the enemy and take territory for You this month. I dare to have a go: 'so the lamb that was slain may receive the reward of His suffering. In Jesus' Name Amen.
