His Voice Makes The Difference

(Three words that can change your life)

Job 23:12 I have not departed from the commandment of his lips; I have treasured the words of his mouth more than my portion of food.

You know last night Church on the Beach was truly inspirational. We had finished the praise and worship, and the preach. Most people had left, then the Glory of God fell after we consecrated our lives to Jesus again. Melvin so blessed me as all of a sudden he just went down on the sand laughing and crying, shaking and rolling. Ruined by God. It looked funny but please don't make the mistake of mocking as it was a Holy thing. When he got up eventually, he said to me God had spoken to him three words. These three words can change everything. They are treasure. Sometimes a three point sermon, good advice and a theology degree is not enough, we need to hear from Him direct. This time it's personal. Oh and the three words he heard were.. "You are mine" Wow that changes everything. When you know the Fathers' love, when you hear His voice and know you are His. Everything else pales into insignificance. I need to know, you need to know: you are His.

You are not a mistake. You belong. "You are mine"

Know today you are His. And live a life, that of belonging. A life that responds to that love. It's all going to be okay, "You are mine". Prayer:

Father thank You I am loved, I am Yours and You are mine. Help me to know Your voice and to treasure Your voice over others today in Jesus' name amen.
