He Made Me Whole

Matt Richards

Isaiah 53 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

There's a lot of talk in mental-health services about 'well-being.' The truth is that Jesus bore all my anxiety, all my stress, all my fear and torment so I don't have to.

It's not just physical healing that was accomplished in the atonement but mental well-being. So many people tormented by fears and regret, voices and depression. You can be free.

Jesus bore it all on the cross that we might be whole. Not fragmented, but whole. Not full of holes but whole and complete in Him.

Want to be free from the torment of the past. Take it in prayer to Jesus and leave it at the cross.

Prayer:

Father Thank You for wholeness. Thank You that Jesus You went through hell on the cross so I don't have to. I give You my past. I give You my hurts, my stress, my fears and torment. I put them on the cross and pick up wholeness and well-being in Jesus' Name Amen.
