Hebrews 2:17 For because He Himself [in His humanity] has suffered in being tempted (tested and tried), He is able [immediately] to run to the cry of (assist, relieve) those who are being tempted and tested and tried [and who therefore are being exposed to suffering].
Jesus understands and not only does He understand He will respond to your cry when you are tempted, tested, and tried. And when you suffer, Jesus went through it all so He knows what it feels like. When you cry to Him in your distress He will answer and run to assist you.
Prayer:
Father thank You for Jesus. Thank You Jesus You were tested, and tempted, and tried in every way. You understand everything I experience. Help me right now, assist, and relieve me right now. I am running to You so please run to where I am right now and be my refuge in Jesus Name, Amen.
