Isaiah 41:13 King James Version (KJV) For I the Lord thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
When you know Jesus, you never have to be alone. You never have to be afraid. He is a very present help in time of trouble.
Even when I'm not in trouble, life is just so amazing knowing I can reach out and hold His hand.
I will never read this scripture (or others like it) the same, without thinking of Uma, a four years old girl we met in Saviour Jesus Christ Orphanage a year ago.
In the childrens meeting we did; Uma went into a trance. Afterwards she said in tears "I just want Jesus."
We could see something powerful had happened to her. She went on to say that in that experience, she saw Jesus and He came to her, kissed on the cheek and took her by the hand.
How absolutely beautiful was that.
We found out the next day that her mum had been raped and Uma was the result of that rape.
After that, Her mum didn't want her and her grandmother brought her to the orphanage.
But there was One that did want her. One that said fear not, I will help you. One that kissed her on the cheek and took her by the hand.
You know when I heard that, coupled with what I saw, I cried and cried.
You know that's a father's heart. Jesus wanted her. And what's more He wants you.
No matter what you've been through, Jesus can kiss you on the cheek, take you by the hand and tell you not to fear because He will help you.

Prayer:
Father thank You for Your amazing love. Jesus will You just come to me now. Will You take me by the hand and talk to me. I choose not to fear, but receive Your love and help in Jesus' Name Amen.
