2 Samuel 11:1-2 IN THE spring, when kings go forth to battle, David sent Joab with his servants and all Israel, and they ravaged the Ammonites [country] and besieged Rabbah. But David remained in Jerusalem. One evening David arose from his couch and was walking on the roof of the king’s house, when from there he saw a woman bathing; and she was very lovely to behold.
You know David was meant to be at war, but instead he was at home on the couch.
He then got up and got into porn. (Looking at Bathesheba) This lust lead to adultery, that then lead to murder.
All of this because he wasn't doing what he should. He wasn't being a man.
There's a generation of boys that should be men; but instead they are still playing games. Being idle, this lack of purpose then leads to porn and the rest is a quick downward slide.
'The only war some men know is gears of war, the only call some respond to is call of duty the only honor some men fight for is medal of honor. We need to grow up.' (Mr)
It's time for the boys to become men.

Father please forgive me for not being who I'm called to be, forgive me for not doing what I'm called to do. Help me to man up today in Jesus' name, Amen.
