Am I Criticising or Clapping?

Updated: Feb 26, 2020

Luke 20:20 "So they watched him and sent spies, who pretended to be sincere, that they might catch him in something he said, so as to deliver him up to the authority and jurisdiction of the governor."

Many people watch, few clap when you win. You know when you are so Loved by God, you don't need to compete. You don't need to feel insecure at others success. You don't have to look for reasons to be critical. As Christian's, we are playing on the same team. If you score a goal, I score a goal. When you win, I win. Jesus wins. It's all for Jesus. Whenever I feel I am getting critical of others success, it's a marker of my own insecurity. It's a warning to me something is wrong. You know many times, I am so secure and loved by God. I actually rejoice more in other's success than my own. I love to see other churches winning. Other ministries flourishing, other Christian's doing the stuff in the book. It's all about the Kingdom. It's all about Jesus. Next time you feel critical at others success, examine your heart. Are you, am I insecure? Know first you are loved and cherished by God. You are His favourite. We are in fact all Jesus' favourites and that changes everything. We are on the winning side. Prayer:

Father forgiving me for not encouraging my brothers and sisters, and for being critical. Thank You for loving me so much. Thank You for kingdom success in my City today in Jesus' name Amen.
