2 Corinthians 6:2 For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
You know many people put off giving their life to Jesus, repenting and turning from their sin and following Him. Many have good intentions but just don't quite do it. Sunday two people phoned to say I am coming today to church and I'm gonna get saved, but they did not show. Why? Because everything will try to stop you or distract you from committing to Jesus. But I also see the same with those saved already. They have good intentions to serve Jesus, witness, tithe, read their bible, pray and worship. They have good intentions to be sold out for Jesus but there is always something. Something delaying them, stopping them until twenty years, thirty years go by and they really have done very little for God and with what He has given them. And it's all too late. What are you waiting for to be saved to get right with God? What are you waiting for to be used of God and fulfil your assignment? Having enough money? To finish your education? For Covid to be over? Don't let anything delay or stop you being right with God or serving the purpose of God in your generation. Right now in the middle of this pandemic Holy Spirit is recruiting. Jesus is calling. Will you answer the call? Today is the day.. Prayer:
Father forgive me for making excuses and not being right with You. Forgive me for not doing what You called me to. I choose to ve obedient today in Jesus' name, Amen.
