1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 ESV For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. Just can't shake the urgency in my spirit that I have. It's an urgency to get people ready for Jesus return.
Jesus is coming back. There will be a rapture when all the saints will be caught up with him. Then the world will be free from all Christians. And the presence of God withdrawn. Wouldn't want to be on earth then.
Many on the fence, lukewarm, playing church will be left behind. What kind of crazy, hideous place will the earth be then. There will be many just so devasted. So many, so so many will be left behind.
So many screaming, crying, beside themselves as millions disappear. Many loved ones separated, churches half empty.
They will wish they had all been ready.
Right now it's not too late.
Time to get ready. Jesus is coming soon.
Even so, come Lord Jesus come.
That's nice and all but...
Are you ready?
Prayer:
Father forgive me for not being ready. I choose to get ready for Your return. Holy Spirit help me clean up my life and empower me not to be left behind in Jesus name' amen.
